Twins' Drew Strotman: Designated for assignment

Strotman was designated for assignment by the Twins on Saturday.

Strotman has spent the entire year at Triple-A St. Paul, where he's posted a 6.44 ERA and 1.72 WHIP in 50.1 innings over 39 relief appearances. He'll lose his spot on the 40-man roster as part of a move after Matt Wallner's contract was selected Saturday.
