Lowry (hip) will not play Thursday against Boston.
Lowry didn't resume practicing Tuesday when the 76ers reconvened after the All-Star break, so his continued absence Thursday isn't especially surprising. With Lowry set to miss his third straight game, Jared Butler should continue to handle an elevated role on Philadelphia's second unit.
