Denzel Valentine: Great during debut

Valentine logged 16 points (6-15 FG, 4-11 3Pt), eight rebounds and four assists across 27 minutes during a 130-129 loss Tuesday against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.

Valentine logged his Maine Celtics debut Tuesday. Despite playing off the bench against Fort Wayne, he excelled for a team already possessing some high-quality G League players. Valentine will try to replace one of two starting forwards between Sam Hauser and Juwan Morgan at some point.
