Barton (back) is trending toward being proabable for Thursday's contest against Philadelphia, Mike Singer of The Denver Post reports.
The veteran wing has missed Denver's last two showings but appears likely to be available Thursday night. Barton's return most likely would send Austin Rivers back to his reserve role. It is unclear if Barton would be on a minutes restriction if he is able to make his return to the lineup, but he still figures to be one of Denver's top options on offense if active.
