Edwards (COVID-19 health and safety protocols) will remain out for Monday's game against the Celtics, Dane Moore of BringMeTheNews.com reports.
Monday marks the 11th day since Edwards entered the health and safety protocols, but the second-year standout apparently hasn't been cleared to end his quarantine. With the Timberwolves concluding a back-to-back set Tuesday against the Knicks, Edwards is more likely to make his return to the lineup for the start of the team's road trip, which kicks off Friday in Utah. That would give him a chance to practice and regain conditioning before seeing game action again.
