Mouhamed Gueye PF | ATL
Hawks' Mouhamed Gueye: Questionable to return Monday
Gueye (hip) is questionable to return to Monday's Game 2 against the Knicks.
Gueye took a hard fall and sustained a right hip contusion at the 5:33 mark of the first quarter, remaining down for several minutes before walking to the locker room under his own power. If he's unable to return Monday, Tony Bradley will operate as the primary backup center to Onyeka Okongwu.

Hawks' Mouhamed Gueye: Exits to locker room
Gueye (undisclosed) went to the locker room in the first quarter of Monday's Game 2 against the Knicks, Lauren L. Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Gueye took a hard fall at the 5:33 mark and remained down for several minutes before walking to the locker room under his own power. He's the primary backup at center to Onyeka Okongwu with Jock Landale (ankle) inactive, and if Gueye is unable to return, it could push Tony Bradley into a larger role for the remainder of Monday's game.

Reaves (oblique) has been ruled out for Tuesday's Game 2 against the Rockets.

OG Anunoby SF | NY
Knicks' OG Anunoby: Cleared to play Monday
Anunoby (ankle) is available for Monday's Game 2 against the Hawks, James L. Edwards III of The Athletic reports.
As expected, Anunoby will shed his probable tag due to a left ankle sprain and suit up as the Knicks look to take a 2-0 series lead. In Game 1 on Saturday, the forward totaled 18 points (6-9 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds and one steal across 38 minutes and shouldn't face any minutes restriction Monday.

Victor Wembanyama C | SA
Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Named Defensive Player of the Year
Wembanyama was named the 2025-26 NBA Defensive Player of the Year on Monday.
Wembanyama takes home the NBA's most prestigious defensive honor after a regular season in which he averaged a league-best 3.1 blocks per game to go along with 1.0 steals across 64 games. A true unicorn at 7-foot-4, the 22-year-old becomes the youngest Defensive Player of the Year winner, as well as the first unanimous selection in league history. Wembanyama will look to maintain a high level of play into the postseason, with the Spurs holding a 1-0 lead over the Trail Blazers in their first-round matchup entering Game 2 on Tuesday.

Hawks' Onyeka Okongwu: Good to go for Game 2
Okongwu (knee) is available for Monday's Game 2 against the Knicks.
Okongwu was listed on the injury report with right knee inflammation but will push through and play as the Hawks look to even the series in Game 2. In the Game 1 loss Saturday, the big man totaled 19 points (6-9 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 3-4 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and one block across 37 minutes. If Okongwu faces any minutes restriction or a lighter workload, Mouhamed Gueye and Tony Bradley would be in line to pick up the slack.

Spurs' Jordan McLaughlin: Won't play Tuesday
McLaughlin (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's Game 2 against the Trail Blazers.
McLaughlin will remain out after missing Game 1 due to a left ankle sprain. The veteran guard averaged just 6.4 minutes across 44 regular-season appearances, so his absence should have minimal impact on the Spurs' rotation.

Raptors' Immanuel Quickley: Won't play Monday
Quickley (hamstring) won't play in Game 2 on Monday against the Cavaliers, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Quickley is unable to overcome a right hamstring strain, which will have cost him each of Toronto's first two playoff contests. The Raptors will hope to get him back in the lineup Thursday, when the series flips to Toronto for Game 3. Jamal Shead and Ja'Kobe Walter are both primed for more usage in the backcourt Monday.
