Polk has been waived by the Ravens, Ryan Mink of the team's official website reports.
Polk was considered a fringe candidate to make the Ravens' final roster but was ultimately unable to make enough of an impression at camp. Assuming he clears waivers, he will have a chance to revert to Baltimore's practice squad.
