Milton Wright: Dealing with injury

The Chargers waived/injured Wright (undisclosed) on Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Wright seemed like a candidate to return via the practice squad, but being waived with an injury designation sets him up to revert to IR, barring a team claiming him. In that case, unless he reaches an injury settlement, Wright will be in position to miss the entire 2023 season.
