Cooper has reverted back to the Giants' practice squad, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Cooper was promoted to New York's 53-man roster prior to Monday's 30-10 loss to Tampa Bay. It was his second time suiting up this season. However, he ultimately did not see any snaps.
