Penguins' Teddy Blueger: Practicing again Sunday

Blueger (upper body) was a full participant during Sunday's practice, Pens Inside Scoop reports.

Blueger, who has practiced fully over the course of this week, is still waiting to make his season debut. It remains unclear at this time if he will play Wednesday against Washington.
