Fox scored the game-winning overtime goal while adding two assists (one on the power play), six shots and three blocked shots in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Ducks.
Fox set up goals by Mika Zibanejad and Chris Kreider in regulation. The first assist was a sweet feed for a Zibanejad one-timer, while the second was a shot that deflected off the end boards and right onto Kreider's stick for the game-tying power-play goal in the third. Fox then showed off his finishing skills in overtime, taking a pass from Artemi Panarin and firing it past John Gibson. The star defenseman has been held off the scoresheet only once in his last eight games, totaling 12 points in that stretch, including a goal in each of the last two games.
