Derek Holland throws quality start in no-decision

Rangers pitcher Derek Holland turned in a quality start in his team's 5-4 win over the Astros Saturday but did not factor into the decision, allowing three earned runs on six hits and two walks while striking out six in six innings.

Holland remains 9-6 and owns a 3.07 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 151:46 K:BB ratio heading into Friday's scheduled start against the Mariners.
