Yankees catcher Francisco Cervelli has accepted a 50 game suspension for his involvement in the Biogenesis clinic.
Cervelli will be suspended without pay, and will not appeal his suspension. Cervelli can serve out his suspension while he's on the disabled list. Cervelli is hitting .269/.377/.500 in 52 at-bats.
