Wayne Ellington dealing with thigh bruise

Mavericks guard Wayne Ellington was ruled out for Tuesday's contest against the Wizards because of a right thigh bruise, according to the team's play-by-play announce.

Ellington has played five games for the Mavericks this season and has averaged 3.6 points and 1.6 rebounds per game this season. He will likely be viewed as day to day by the team.

Dallas will play the Heat Friday night in Miami.
