Jamil Wilson: To sign in Italy
Wilson is set to sign with Fiat Torino in Italy, Sportando reports.
Wilson spent the 2017-18 campaign on a two-way contract with the Clippers, seeing action in 15 games and posting respectable averages of 7.0 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.8 three-pointers across 18.3 minutes. However, he was let go after the season and has struggled to field interest heading into the upcoming campaign, so he'll head back overseas for another stint in Italy. Wilson is no stranger to Fiat Torino, as he took part in 30 games with the Italian club during the 2016-17 season and averaged 12.9 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists across 29.8 minutes. The deal reportedly includes a potential opt out to rejoin the NBA, so there's a chance he resurfaces in the United States at some point during the upcoming season.

Jamil Wilson: Signs with Italian squad
Wilson signed a rest-of-season contract with Italian Serie A team Virtus Bologna, Sportnado reports.
Wilson struggled to find time at the NBA level, mostly playing for the Clippers when they weren't at full strength. In 15 games, he averaged 7.0 points and 2.1 rebounds in 18.3 minutes. Notably, he made 1.8 threes per game at a 42.9 percent clip.

Wilson recorded 10 points (3-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), six assists, three rebounds and one steal during Wednesday's 117-105 loss at Texas.
Wilson had a very rough shooting performance but was still able to muster 10 points. In addition, it was also his fourth straight game scoring in double figures. Currently, the former Marquette forward is averaging 11.6 points and 4.3 rebounds per game for the Mad Ants.

Jamil Wilson: Won't sign with Lakers
Updating a previous note, Wilson will no longer sign a 10-day deal with the Lakers, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Wojnarowski's report doesn't go into detail, but Wilson was apparently named in a civil lawsuit, and that appears to be the reason that the Lakers have reneged on the contract. More information should be available in short order, but for now it's likely Wilson will return to free agent status and potentially land in the G-League.

Lakers' Jamil Wilson: Signs 10-day contract with Lakers
Wilson officially signed a 10-day contract with the Lakers on Monday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Wilson was let go by the Clippers earlier this month, but has now cleared waivers and is allowed to sign elsewhere. He'll remain in Los Angeles and is set to join the Lakers, who recently had a roster spot open following the release of veteran big man Andrew Bogut. Wilson should slot in as depth in the frontcourt, though with the likes of Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma, Julius Randle and Larry Nance all in the fold, Wilson will likely find minutes hard to come by most nights. Unless a few injuries occur, he'll be irrelevant for fantasy purposes with his new team. Wilson won't be active and available to play until Thursday's matchup with the Spurs.

Jamil Wilson: Expected to land with Lakers
The Lakers are expected to sign Wilson to a 10-day contract if he clears waivers Monday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Cut loose by the Clippers earlier this month after averaging 7.0 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.8 three-pointers in 18.3 minutes per game over his 15 appearances with the team, Wilson appears bound to remain in Los Angeles in the likely event he goes unclaimed. It's unlikely Wilson would see as plentiful playing time with his new team as he briefly enjoyed with the Clippers, as the Lakers already boast a strong nucleus of young, healthy forwards in Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma, Julius Randle and Larry Nance.

Jamil Wilson: Waived by Clippers
Wilson has been waived by the Clippers, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.
Wilson was on a two-way deal with the Clippers and was thrust into a significant role throughout the month of January, as the Clippers dealt with a number of key injuries, primarily to Blake Griffin and Danilo Gallinari. With the team now in need of guard help, they'll waive Wilson and bring in Tyrone Wallace from the G-League. For now, Wilson will return to the G-League in hopes of getting an opportunity with another NBA team.

Clippers' Jamil Wilson: Assigned to G-League
Wilson was assigned to the G-League, Bobby Marks of ESPN.com reports.
With Wilson on a two-way contract, he's only allowed to spend 45 days at the NBA level. He's used a significant chunk of that while filling in for Blake Griffin (knee), so the team has opted to send Wilson down for the time being to help save some days before the team faces off against the Lakers on Friday.

Clippers' Jamil Wilson: Scores 13 in Monday's start
Wilson scored 13 points (5-12 FG, 3-10 3Pt) while adding two rebounds and two steals in 27 minutes during Monday's 109-91 loss to the Spurs.
Pushed into a larger role due to injuries to Blake Griffin (knee), Danilo Gallinari (hip) and others, Wilson is averaging 23.8 minutes, 10.3 points, 2.8 boards, 2.3 three-pointers and 0.8 steals over the last four games. The 27-year-old rookie doesn't have much of a fantasy ceiling, but he could provide useful numbers in deeper season-long leagues and some cap relief in DFS until the Clippers get healthier around him.

Clippers' Jamil Wilson: Starting at power forward Sunday
Wilson will start at power forward in Sunday's game against the Timberwolves, Jerry Zgoda of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
This is a pretty big shakeup in the lineup for the Clippers, as both Wilson and C.J. Williams will be making their first starts of the season after playing extended minutes in Saturday's blowout loss to the Mavericks. Wilson played a season-high 14 minutes and scored eight points in that time. Despite the start, Wilson should still be avoided as a DFS option given that he hasn't had many opportunities to prove his worth in his young NBA career. Montrezl Harrell will return to the bench as a result of Wilson starting.

Clippers' Jamil Wilson: Will play in opener Thursday
Wilson (back) will play in the Clippers' opener Thursday against the Lakers, Broderick Turner of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Wilson is good to go for Thursday's opener despite seeing limited action throughout the preseason due to a bothersome back. Though he's active, the 26-year-old isn't expected to see much playing time as he's behind the likes of Danilo Gallinari, Sam Dekker, Montrezl Harrell and other reserves on the depth chart.

Clippers' Jamil Wilson: Doubtful Friday
Wilson (back) is doubtful for Friday's preseason finale against the Lakers, Michael Gallagher of NBC reports.
Wilson, who is under a two-way contract, has been dealing with a back injury as of late and has appeared in just three preseason games. He shouldn't be fantasy relevant this season, as he'll spend most of the year in the G-League.

Clippers' Jamil Wilson: Out Thursday vs. Kings
Wilson is out for Thursday's game against the Kings due to a back injury, Broderick Turner of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Wilson signed a two-way contract with the Clippers back in mid-July. In three preseason appearances, he's totaled eight points. It's unclear at the moment how severe the injury is, though he'll be spending the vast majority of the season in the G-League, so he won't have fantasy relevance.

Wilson was waived by the Mavericks Saturday.
The product of Marquette signed a partially guaranteed contract with Mavericks in July of 2015. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to do enough in the preseason to earn a spot on Dallas' Opening night roster. He'll showcase his talents in the D-League to start the season.
