Ernest Wallace, the third suspect in the Odin Lloyd murder investigation, has waived his right to contest extradition and will return to Massachusetts this week, according to Boston.com.
Wallace was named as a suspect in the Lloyd murder case on June 27, when authorities issued a "Wanted" poster listing the 41-year-old as armed and dangerous. Wallace wasn't a fugitive from justice for long; he turned himself in to Miramar (Fla.) police on June 28 after seeing himself on the news.
Wallace appeared on Monday in Broward County (Fla.) court, where a judge accepted his extradition waiver. He will be transported to Massachusetts, where he'll face one charge of being an accessory after the fact of murder in relation to the Lloyd case.
Three suspects have been arrested in the case, including former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, who was charged with first-degree murder on June 26.
Carlos Ortiz has also been arrested. Ortiz, who was apprehended in Connecticut on Wednesday, waived his right to contest extradition on Friday.
Wallace is expected to be arraigned in Attleboro (Mass.) District Court by Friday, according to Boston.com.
