White was waived by the Eagles on Wednesday, Dave Zangaro of CSN Philly reports.
White probably saw this coming considering his position on the team's depth chart and somewhat bland preseason. Fortunately for White, the Eagles waived him before the final 53-man roster trims, which could allow him more time to figure out another potential landing spot.

Eagles' Mitchell White: Re-signs with Eagles
White re-signed with the Eagles on Tuesday, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
White was waived by the team Sunday but picked back up after the release of running back Ryan Mathews. After several seasons in the CFL, White is trying to earn a depth corner and special teams' role. He still has a long shot of landing on the final roster, but the team clearly is interested in what he brings to the table given the second opportunity during training camp.

White was waived by the Eagles on Sunday.
White came into camp a long shot to make the active roster. He has spent the last several years in the CFL, where he has developed into a solid depth cornerback. It's tough to tell whether another team will take a shot on the 27-year-old given that his window of opportunity might be closing.
