  • Hurricanes' Bradly Nadeau: Three points in AHL win

Nadeau scored twice on six shots and added an assist in AHL Chicago's 4-1 win over Manitoba on Saturday. This was Nadeau's best performance of the campaign for the Wolves. He's collected four points over his last two games after struggling a bit following his demotion back to the AHL following a short stint in the NHL. Nadeau has five goals and 11 points in 11 AHL outings and should continue to position himself well for future call-ups.

  • Hurricanes' Bradly Nadeau: Sent back down

Nadeau was reassigned to AHL Chicago after Saturday's game versus the Oilers. Nadeau was up as insurance due to injuries to other forwards, but the Hurricanes came out of Saturday's game with no additional injuries. Nadeau will head back to the Wolves to wait for his next opportunity with the big club.

  • Hurricanes' Bradly Nadeau: Up from minors

Nadeau was recalled from AHL Chicago on Saturday. Gavin Bayreuther was sent down to Chicago in a corresponding move. Nadeau has three goals and seven points across six AHL outings with the Wolves this season. He also has an assist across three career regular-season outings at the top level, but the 20-year-old hasn't made his NHL season debut yet.

  • Hurricanes' Bradly Nadeau: Sent down Friday

Nadeau was reassigned to AHL Chicago on Friday. Nadeau's demotion suggests one of Eric Robinson (upper body) or William Carrier (lower body) could be nearing a return. It could also mean the Hurricanes want to take a look at a different player for a bottom-six role. Nadeau posted one goal, four shots on net, four hits and four blocked shots over six contests while with the big club.

  • Hurricanes' Bradly Nadeau: First NHL goal

Nadeau scored a goal Thursday in a 6-2 win over the Islanders. Nadeau's first NHL goal put the Canes up 1-0 early in the first period. He intercepted Maxim Tsyplakov's clearing attempt and wired a wrist shot past David Rittich from the left dot. Carolina selected Nadeau in the first round of the 2023 NHL Draft. Nadeau is averaging 10:41 of ice time in three games this season. His fantasy value lies in the future -- that's not enough exposure to boost his offensive totals.

  • Hurricanes' Bradly Nadeau: Assigned to AHL

Nadeau was loaned to AHL Chicago on Sunday. Nadeau is primed for his first taste of minor-league action after scoring 19 goals and earning 27 assists in 37 games for the University of Maine in 2023-24. He appeared in one regular-season contest with the Hurricanes in 2023-24 and should get more opportunities with the big club this campaign.
