Cubs' Albert Almora: Leaves game after one inning

Almora left Monday's game after the first inning due to soreness in his left calf, Carrie Muskat of MLB.com reports.

The 22-year-old fouled a ball off his calf a couple of days ago, and the soreness apparently flared up when he was playing in the field Monday. The injury doesn't appear overly serious, but Almora was unable to bat and thus should be considered day-to-day until the Cubs say otherwise.
