The Dodgers acquired Rodriguez from the Blue Jays on Tuesday in exchange for Jose Rodriguez.
The 20-year-old signed with the Blue Jays in June and made seven appearances in rookie ball for Toronto, allowing six earned runs with an 11:3 K:BB across nine innings. The Dodgers have assigned Rodriguez to their rookie-level DSL affiliate.
