Tully's contract was selected from Triple-A Columbus on Saturday.
Tully made his major-league debut in late April, but he's been in Columbus since then. He's worked as a starter in the minors, where he's posted a 5.23 ERA and 1.44 WHIP in 63.2 innings over 12 starts. The southpaw should serve as a long reliever out of Cleveland's bullpen now that he's back in the big leagues.
