Joely Rodriguez: Elects free agency

Rodriguez elected free agency Thursday.

Rodriguez stuck around in the Red Sox organization after being outrighted off their 40-man roster earlier this season, but this time around he's decided to exercise his right to free agency. The lefty will look for a spot in another organization for the stretch run.
