Royals' Taylor Hearn: Returns to Triple-A

Hearn was optioned to Triple-A Omaha on Tuesday.

Hearn has an 11.40 ERA over 15 innings between Atlanta, Texas and Kansas City this season, and he's given up seven earned runs in eight outings since joining the Royals. The club selected Steven Cruz's contract from Omaha in a corresponding move.
