Tigers' Casey Mize: Set for another bullpen

Mize (hamstring) threw his bullpen session Saturday and did not suffer any setbacks, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.

Beck notes that Mize threw about 20-to-25 pitches, and the right-hander said after Saturday's session that he will throw another bullpen session next week. Mize has been on the injured list since July 3 due to a strained left hamstring. He was 2-6 across his 16 starts with a 4.23 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 58:21 K:BB over 78.2 innings prior to his injury.
