Twins' Kyle Garlick: Optioned to Triple-A

Garlick was optioned Tuesday to Triple-A St. Paul, Bobby Nightengale of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Joey Gallo (hamstring) is back from the injured list, so Garlick gets the boot. He went 1-for-11 (.091) with zero walks and five strikeouts during his latest stay on the Twins' major-league roster.
