Soderblom will patrol the crease during Thursday's home game versus Columbus, Carter Baum of the Blackhawks' official site reports.
Soderblom hasn't played since Jan. 2, when he surrendered four goals on 41 shots en route to a 5-1 defeat to the Flames. The 22-year-old netminder will try to secure his first career NHL victory in a home matchup with a middling Columbus offense that's averaging 3.00 goals per game on the road this year, 14th in the NHL.
