Cizikas has tested positive for COVID-19, Andrew Gross of Newsday reports.
Unfortunately, this news doesn't come as a shock, as the NHL has already postponed the team's next two games (Sunday against the Rangers, Tuesday in Philadelphia) due to a COVID-19 outbreak. It's unclear when Cizikas will be able to return or if the Islanders will have any more games postponed.
