Barkov (illness) is feeling better Friday and could return to the lineup Saturday against Calgary.
Barkov was forced to miss Thursday's tilt against Dallas with the non-COVID illness. The Panthers are optimistic that Barkov will return Saturday. He has four goals and 14 points in 16 games this season.
