Tiger Woods hires new swing coach
Chris Como will try to take Tiger Woods past the 14-major mark for his career.

Tiger Woods has started practicing again and now he has somebody to help him do it. Woods announced Saturday that he has hired Chris Como to be his next swing coach.
Happy to have Chris Como consulting and working with me on my swing. I’m excited to be back competing.

Como is based out of Plano, Texas, and previously coached a variety of pros including, apparently, Brad Elder.
Poor Brad Edler, makes it to the QSchool finals and Tiger hires his coach away. Can't catch a break! #blackcloud #huh #huh #huh

Woods noted in a statement from his agent, Mark Steinberg, that he has been working with Como for a little while now.
"I was introduced to Chris this summer by Notah [Begay], and subsequently we had several good conversations about the golf swing," Woods said in a statement.
"I've worked with him about a month since I started practicing. Chris will consult and work with me during the year."
Golf Digest named Como one of its 40 best young coaches -- he only charges (or charged) $1,500 per half-day of lessons.
I bet Tiger isn't paying him that much.
It also seems like you should know that he put out this video last year aroung this time showing how much the ground aids power in your golf swing.
