Dodgers send outfielder Noel Cuevas to Colorado for Juan Nicasio

The Dodgers have sent minor-league outfielder Noel Cuevas to the Rockies in exchange for Juan Nicasio. The deal was originally completed Nov. 24 with a player to be named later. 

Cuevas hit .231 with seven home runs and 44 RBI with Double-A Chattanooga in 2014.
