Padres' Brandon Morrow (shoulder) remains shut down

Padres pitcher Brandon Morrow returned to San Diego after having his inflamed shoulder looked at by Dr. Heinz Hoenecke. Morrow, who was placed on the 15-day disabled list on April 5, has no immediate plans to resume throwing moving forward.

Morrow went 2-0 with a 2.73 ERA at the time he was placed on the DL.
