Orioles pitcher Ubaldo Jimenez earned a win Saturday, giving up three earend runs on six hits and three walks in six innings and striking out five in his team's 10-3 victory over the Cardinals.
Jimenez (4-8) gave up a run in the first and a run in the second to fall behind early, but his offense picked him up in a big way, racking up nine runs by the time the starter was removed. It was a solid performance in his first start back from the disabled list. Jimenez owns a 4.51 ERA and 93:63 K:BB ratio in 105 2/3 innings. He's scheduled to face the Indians Friday.
