Isaiah Austin, the Baylor big man prospect whose career was sadly cut short with a diagnosis of Marfan syndrome on the weekend, will be honored between the No. 15 and 16 picks at the 2014 NBA Draft on Thursday, via Bleacher Report's Jared Zwerling. He is also expected to do commentary during the second round. Commissioner Adam Silver invited him to attend, and it appears he will make it a special night.

This obviously does not compare to what it would have felt like for Austin to realize his dream of hearing his name called, but nothing on the planet can make up for that. It's a nice gesture from the league to the talented 20-year-old.
