Update 3:36 p.m. 4/5/2013: Gallo's media staff confirmed on his Facebook page it's an ACL tear. He's done for the year.
This doesn't look great.
Denver Nuggets' forward Danilo Gallinari drove the lane against the Dallas Mavericks and as he was gathering to go up, his knee bent inward awkwardly and he collapsed to the floor. He left the game and was carted off to the locker room to get checked out.
The scary thing about this is he wasn't hit at all. His knee just buckled, which makes you worry about a possible ACL or MCL tear. Nuggets PR informed the media that Gallo would not return to the game and will receive an MRI on Friday.
Again, that doesn't look great.
