Ravens inside linebackers Jameel McClain and Josh Bynes might both be available for the first time this season Sunday in Cleveland, but it will be the former that starts. That proclamation was made Thursday by defensive coordinator Dean Pees, per ESPN.
McClain made his 2013 debut in Week 7 with six tackles. Bynes missed that game with finger and thigh ailments, but his production had slipped in previous weeks. The Ravens are coming off their bye.
