RG3 gives out socks for Halloween
Obviously, Robert Griffin III of the Washington Redskins is intent on indoctrinating the local neighborhood children with his love of foot underwear. Because he, quite naturally, gave out socks to the trick-or-treaters who visited his home on Halloween.

It’s quite obvious Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III is a connoisseur of socks. He wore Ninja Turtles socks while meeting with the media at the NFL combine, wowed everybody with his neon green socks at Baylor’s pro day and donned these bad boys during an appearance on The Tonight Show in May.
Obviously, Griffin is intent on indoctrinating the local neighborhood children with his love of foot underwear, because, quite naturally, he gave out socks to the trick-or-treaters who visited his home on Halloween.
Which seemed to garner universal praise and appreciation, especially if you look at the tweets compiled by the DC Sports Bog’s Dan Steinberg, including this one.
I wish I had a child on nights like this! @rgiii was giving out socks ! So cooool!

Nice to see some creativity from RG3 on a night when we all can get bogged down in a world of Snicker’s mini-bars, Reese’s peanut butter cups and Milk Duds.
And even if you don’t like receiving footwear for Halloween, remember that it always could be worse. You could have been trick-or-treating at Albert Belle’s house.
