WATCH: Bill Belichick struggles with his postgame presser mic

Sometimes even the smartest, most successful people struggle with the small things.

Bill Belichick's Patriots seem to have figured out many of their problems after a lackluster start to the season, blasting the Bengals in Week 5 and handling Buffalo on the road on Sunday to take over sole possession of first place in the AFC East.

Now, though, Belichick must contend with those irascible microphones in the postgame press conferences that won't ... stay ... upright.

Belichick is struggling so much with the speaking device, he mutters "Stupid thing" before presumably resuming what I'm sure must have been an enlightening presser.

Reminder: everybody, even the most successful of people, struggle sometimes with the stupidest of things.
