Brady Lail: Accepts coaching role

Lail has joined the minor-league coaching staff of the Phillies.

For his first post-playing-career gig, Lail will operate as the pitching development coordinator for High-A Jersey Shore in 2023. The 29-year-old spent the 2022 season pitching in the independent Atlantic League. He logged only 11 total major-league appearances, all between 2019-21, and he gave up 14 earned runs in 21 innings.
