Dodgers' Gerardo Carrillo: Added to 40-man roster

Carrillo's contract was purchased by the Dodgers on Friday, Eric Stephen of SBNation.com reports.

A 5-foot-10 righty, Carrillo lacks typical starter size, but he has a starter's pitch mix. He threw 86 innings at High-A in 2019 and spent this past summer at the alternate training site, likely setting up an assignment to Double-A or Triple-A in 2021.
