Lorenzo Cain: Becomes free agent

Cain cleared waivers and became a free agent Wednesday.

Cain was designated for assignment by Milwaukee on Saturday and will part ways with the organization after going unclaimed on waivers. The 36-year-old will now decide whether to retire or seek opportunities elsewhere.
