Mariners' Randy Arozarena: Exits after collision with wall

Arozarena exited Monday's 14-7 loss to the Red Sox in the bottom of the seventh inning, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Arozarena collided with the wall in foul territory and was removed from the game out of precaution according to manager Scott Servais, who expects the outfielder to be ready to go Tuesday versus Boston. The outfielder went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a double and two runs scored in the contest prior to exiting.
