Orioles' Anthony Santander: Activated, starting

Santander (undisclosed) is starting Friday's game against the Tigers.

Santander cleared the league's health and safety protocols Wednesday, but he required several additional days before returning to game action. However, he'll start in right field and bat fifth after he was officially activated Friday.
