Orioles' Jonathan Schoop: Hitting leadoff Monday

Schoop will hit leadoff in Monday's game against the Blue Jays.

With Adam Jones (hamstring) out Monday for the third day in a row, the Orioles will again need a leadoff hitter, and manager Buck Showalter will use Schoop there for the first time in his career. Schoop has seen the ball well of late, hitting .295 in 12 games since Aug. 17.
