Tigers' Franklin Perez: Returns from injury

Perez (shoulder) was activated from the injured list at High-A Lakeland on Tuesday.

Shoulder tendinitis delayed the start of Perez's season until mid-May, and he wound up right back on the injured list with shoulder inflammation after just a single start. Injury worries will remain for quite some time, as he's thrown all of 23.1 innings since August 2017.
