Armoni Brooks: Cut by Rockets

Brooks was waived by Houston on Thursday, Jackson Gatlin of Locked On Rockets reports.

Brooks played primarily off the bench this season and averaged 6.2 points and 2.0 rebounds in 16.8 minutes per game across 41 appearances. He's displayed some scoring potential and was with the Rockets on a favorable multi-year contract, so it's possible he could be claimed by another club on waivers.
