Phillips (knee) did not practice Monday, K.C. Johnson of Chicago Sports Network reports.

Phillips has missed the past two exhibition games for Chicago, and it looks like that number will hit three for Tuesday's game in Denver. Phillips will have a negligible role in the Bulls' rotation to start the season, so he can safely be ignored in most leagues.
