Pangos will start Thursday's game against the Wizards, Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com reports.
With Ricky Rubio (knee) done for the season and Darius Garland in COVID-19 protocols, Pangos is the next man up for the shorthanded Cavs. The former Gonzaga standout has appeared in 15 games this season, logging mostly reduced minutes off the bench. But with Garland expected to miss at least the next three games, Pangos should be looking at an appreciable bump in minutes as the Cavs' only healthy true point guard.
