Anunoby (finger) will make his return to action Thursday against the Cavs, Josh Lewenberg of TSN reports.
A fractured finger kept Anunoby sidelined for the last 15 games, but after going through a pregame workout, he's been cleared to make his return to action. Given the long layoff, it's unclear how many minutes he'll see, but this is nonetheless an extremely encouraging development for Toronto with the playoffs just around the corner.
