Boston Scott: Cut from practice squad

The Steelers released Scott (undisclosed) from their practice squad with an injury settlement Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Scott spent two weeks with Pittsburgh after he failed to earn a 53-man roster spot with the Rams out of training camp. The veteran running back will look for an opportunity elsewhere once healthy.
