Browns' Brian Hill: Elevated to active roster

The Browns have elevated HIll to their active roster ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Patriots, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.

Hill was added to the practice squad earlier in the week due to a plethora of absences at running back for the Browns. With Nick Chubb (illness), Demetric Felton (illness) and John Kelly (illness) all sidelined, Hill will presumably back up D'Ernest Johnson in the backfield.
